Alberta Animal Services
For information regarding animal control services, lost and found animals, dangerous animals, impounds, and other animal-related services provided through Alberta Animal Services.
Use this if: You need information or assistance with animal control matters.
Animal License Application Form
Use this form to apply for a new animal license or to renew an existing license for a cat or dog residing within the Village. Licensing helps reunite lost pets with their owners, supports responsible pet ownership, and assists the Village and Alberta Animal Services in providing effective animal control services.
Use this if: You are licensing or renewing the license for a cat or dog.

Business License Application
Use this form to apply for a new business license or to renew an existing business license, where required by Village bylaws.
Use this if: You are starting, operating, or renewing a business within the Village.
Bylaw Complaint Form
Use this form to report an alleged violation of a Village bylaw.
Complaints are received and reviewed by Village Administration for completeness. Once accepted, they are forwarded to the Village’s Bylaw Enforcement Officer for investigation and any further action deemed appropriate in accordance with applicable bylaws, policies, and legislation.
Use this if: You are reporting a suspected bylaw violation (for example, unsightly property, nuisance issues, parking violations, or other bylaw-related concerns).
Request for Municipal Services
Use this form to request maintenance or report issues relating to municipal infrastructure or services.
Examples include:
- Potholes or road maintenance
- Street signs
- Sidewalks
- Parks and green spaces
- Streetlights
- Drainage concerns
- Snow removal
- Other municipal service requests
Use this if: You are requesting the Village perform or investigate a municipal service issue. This form is not intended for bylaw complaints.
Municipal Service Request Form
Delegation to Meet with Council Request Form
Use this form to request permission to address Council at a Regular Council Meeting.
Use this if: You wish to make a presentation, provide information, or speak to Council regarding a matter within Council’s authority.
Delegation to Meet with Council Request Form
Duplicate Billing Agreement
Use this form to authorize the Village to send copies of utility or tax bills to another individual or organization.
Use this if: You want a property manager, tenant, family member, or other authorized person to receive duplicate billing notices.
Utility Service Request
Use this form to establish, transfer, modify, or disconnect municipal utility services.
Use this if: You are moving into or out of a property, changing account information, or requesting utility services.
Zoning Map
The Zoning Map identifies the land use district assigned to each property within the Village.
Use this if: You need to determine the zoning designation of a property before planning a development, business, or land use. If you require assistance interpreting the map or determining permitted or discretionary uses, please contact the Village Office.

Payment can be made in person at the Village Office on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays from 9 am – 4 pm, by mailed cheque, or through Interac E-transfer to the email: assistantcao@village.donalda.ab.ca. If you are sending an E-transfer, please include your name and the type of application in the message.
